What’s it like… during the first 24 hours in the UK for a Kiwi netballer

Twenty four hours of flying and then straight into an interview with me hosted at the Sky Sports studios – welcome to the UK’s Netball Superleague Jessie Waitapu!

The Kiwi netballer had been snubbed, snubbed I tell you by New Zealand side Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic, which is quite a mouthful so just Magic to you and me.

So the shooter decided to take up an opportunity in the UK to play in the relatively new Netball Superleague for Loughborough Lightning

Never having been to the UK before, it was quite an eye opener for the 24-year-old.
