‘Just kick your legs up.’ School kids coach GB pole vaulter

When GB pole vaulter Holly Bleasdale brought her 12ft-long pole vault into the school assembly at Phillimore Community Primary School in Sheffield a huge ‘ooooohhhh’ went up from the crossed-legged munchkins.

Meanwhile, four schoolkids who had been selected for good work/good behaviour – not sure which – were able to hold a round table interview and ask her whatever they like.

And they did. ‘Have you met any wrestlers?’ being my personal favourite.
